The Property Owner’s Association exists for the owners of the Turkey Bend homes and land. We gather $300 in yearly dues and use this money to keep up the roads, and to save for the cost of paving the roads in 2022. Once the roads are paved, the POA will turn over maintenance of the roads to Winston County.
